If you live in Denver, you may apply for a free tree to plant either on the west side of your property or along a public right-of-way.
The trees are offered through The Park People’s Denver Digs Trees program and The City of Denver’s Mile High Million tree planting initiative.
Applications must be made by February 15, 2013. Although thousands of trees are on hand, there is limited availability, so apply soon.
