Denver has been named Colorado’s first “Solar Friendly Community”.
The cost of permits and the time required to get those permits have been greatly reduced.
The average cost of permits for solar power installation in Colorado is $500. In Denver it is $50. In other Colorado municipalities it takes 1-20 days to get a permit. In Denver it takes 15 minutes.
